Our story
Leading Star Trading & Investment Co. Ltd is a registered South Sudanese company headquartered in Juba.
How we started
We started to execute.
The company began in supply — medicines, construction materials, stationery, foodstuffs, fuel. It grew into the services that supply depends on, because those were the points where deliveries kept failing: clearance, forwarding, inland transport, permits.
That progression was deliberate. By holding those functions in-house rather than subcontracting them, we keep control of the parts of a contract that normally break, and the client keeps one number to call.
Alongside trading, Leading Star takes equity positions in operating businesses and holds real estate. The two current ventures both serve everyday demand in Juba and both draw on the parent company's import and logistics capability.

Conditions here change quickly. We are structured to re-plan in days rather than quarters, and to keep a contract moving when the original route closes.
Reliability
One counterparty, one point of accountability, and documentation an auditor or a funder can accept without follow-up. Delivered is the only status that counts.
